Arts: Painting by Marco Palmezzano (1490): 'Cruficixion of Jesus of Nazareth'




This painting, housed in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy, shows the "darkness" (perhaps a dust storm) and the mood of an earthquake — such as been recently determined by historian geologists. See:
