Movies: Local theatres USA: Compare the difference between general box office favorites and NYT readers

Films are the thing for many beat-the-heaters looking for entertainment, or perhaps quality entertainment, as the case may be.

Me?  I'd rather try the Times Pulse list, than make do with the general or hoi polloi list labelled Box Office Top 5.  Of course, the latter list is geared to the huge amount of kids in all age cohorts who will take their parents to the movie theatres this summertime, and the living is easy, I hope.
